Rebekah is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Running Coach with more than fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry.
While Rebekah’s running experience on a NCAA-II Cross Country Championship team and her six All-American honors initially led to her career as a running coach, and accomplished marathon runner (her best time was 2:59!), it was her battle with chronic IBS, a major car accident, and the challenges of being a busy mom of three that led her to pursue a career in health and nutrition coaching.
Rebekah specializes in helping clients balance the everyday stressors of life with effective nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help them feel and perform at their best, whether they’re focused on weight loss, improved health, or achieving a personal record. Her calm but encouraging demeanor helps clients navigate nutrition and lifestyle change, one step at a time.
She enjoys studying health, nutrition and performance, and is currently working towards a certification in Functional Health Coaching. In addition to coaching individuals, she has worked as a personal trainer and metabolic technician managed nationwide running club programs, and mentored and trained other coaches.
